About Us

Cosmetic nursing is more than just work to me, it is an artistic outlet. Before delving into the world of Aesthetics, I experienced both the public and private sectors of the New Zealand health system, working as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department of Dunedin Hospital, and then more on the surgical side of nursing, at Mercy Hospital.

I worked in the clinical side of nursing for three years, nursing in the Emergency Department through the Covid Pandemic taught me a lot and I had to grow up very quickly as a new graduate nurse working through this unknown stage. After three years, I was ready for a change.

I had always shown an interest in makeup artistry and beauty, but did not realise I could combine this with my clinical nursing skills. In 2022 I applied for my first Cosmetic Nursing job, and was accepted into the role, without knowing much about what I was getting into. This is where my journey in the industry began.

I worked and trained with one of the biggest injectable companies in New Zealand, where I was able to develop my skills and learn what injecting really meant to me, and what I wanted to provide within the industry. I fell in love with the role, and what I could provide to my patients. The positive impact that I could make to peoples lives became addictive, injecting became more than just the job itself, I became invested in how I could make my patients feel in their personal lives.

I worked with this company for two years, contracting across Southland and Queenstown clinics. However after two years of a lot of travelling, it was time for me to make the move back home, to Dunedin. And this is how my space was born. I wanted to create a space to be safe, welcoming, non-judgemental, and to make those inside it feel good.

My ethos is to create an individualised experience for each of my patients, for the most confident version of themselves. I believe in treating the face, and the person as a whole, to create the highest quality outcome, that remains undetectable.
